Just add Sparkle!

This week over at Just Add Ink the challenge is to add Sparkle to your creation!

As you can see by my card I might have gone a little OTT with the sparkle - I've used Glitter Glass, Iridescent Ice and Rhinestones!!!

I've also used the December sketch over at The Stamp Spot -

If you want any details about this card just shoot me an email!

Twine flowers

I was having a play around with twine and came up with these cute twine flowers!
So I decided to use them on this card using the Stamp Spot December sketch for inspiration.

If you'd like to see a little tutorial on how I made the twine flowers just pop over to my post here at The Stamp Spot blog.
I've used:
Paper
-Naturals Ivory, Whisper White, Pink Pirouette and
Webster's Page - Sweet seasonInk - Craft and Crumb Cake
Stamp Set - Flower Fusion #6 by Papertrey Ink
Other: Doily punch (Martha Stewart), Pearls, Washi Tape, Twine and Ruffled satin ribbon from The Stamp Spot.

Here is the December sketch  (but I flipped it on it's side!)

Goodness it's been a while since I've posted here!!  Sorry :( time seems to have just flown by.

The craft and collectables fair went well (not as good as the one at the beginning of the year) but I'm happy that I got to show off some of the cool Christmas tags you can make with Stampin UP! products.  The little tags I made up just flew out the door!

I haven't been crafting much since then as my mind has been focused on the day job, Christmas and all the dinners, drinks and parties that come with it!!!
I just love this time of year but it doesn't leave much time for crafting unfortunately!!

I saw this great sign outside of Lorna Jane yesterday - love it!

Hopefully I might get some crafting done soon so I'll have something to show you!
In the mean time I do have post over at The Stamp Spot today showing you some ideas on how to use Washi Tape, so pop over and check it out.

I hope you are all enjoying your December!
