Parisian Breeze DSP
Ink -
Stamp Set - A word for you

Mystery Bag????

A few weekends ago I went to visit my Dad and he gave me this massive bag, it was so heavy..........

What do you think might be inside it? Lets take a peek shall we.............

What ever it is there sure is a lot of it..........

Ohhh I see now they are BUTTONS!!! Hundreds and Hundreds of buttons! So many different shapes, colours and textures.

I made a quick trip to Ikea to pick up some storage containers for them. I decided I would only use half of the bag.
Here they are all lined up and sorted by colour!

I think I've learned my lesson - never tell my Dad I'm on the look out for anything because I may get more than I wished for!!!

I think you may see a lot more buttons on my cards from now on :)

Happy Sunday

Day trip

Yesterday was a miserable day but I wanted to get out of the house so T and I decided to go for a day trip!!!!

We saw lots of things on the way including these cute cows!

And there was some stunning horses

Here's the beginning of the fun bit - we started the climb up the hill!
We had to go through a windy rainforest

With lots of ups and downs

Finally we came to this cute little spot and had lunch. It was to cold to eat outside so we just ate our picnic in the car.

Here's the view from the top........ stunning!!!!!!

We had such a great day exploring and relaxing in the fresh air!!!!!

Just Add Ink - Black and White

Yay it's my second week as Guest Designer over at Just Add Ink and the challenge is a great one!!!
Just Add

I had this cute little chipboard birdcage and birds (from scrapmatts) that I brought agggges ago from a craft convention. It was about time that I used them and I thought they fitted perfectly for this challenge. I've just inked them up with black for the cage and white for the birds.

Notice how I daubed around the edges of the Presto Patterns paper and the hidden pattern shows up - I think it looks very elegant!!

I've used:

-Whisper White, Basic Black and
Presto Patterns paper
Ink -
Basic Black and White craft
Stamp Set - No stamps!
Other: Black satin ribbon, lace, black bling brads and Scrapmatts Birdcage and birds
