Yippee it's sketch challenge time at Just Add Ink this week!!

I've picked a flower fusion stamp set from Papertrey Ink to use on this sweet little birthday card.
While this card looks fairly simple I found it took me quite a while to line up the circle punches and the flower stamps!

The pink looks pretty red in these photos but in real life it's pink!

Christmas card stash started!!!!

OHHH happy day!

My BFF and I had a full day cyber crafting on Friday (it's been way to long!) and it was so much fun.
Although we did more talking than crafting we still managed to squeeze in time to play along with a challenge.

There was a lovely and clean sketch (#154) over at Freshly Made Sketches so we decided to use that for our kicking off point.

I haven't made any Christmas cards yet so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to make a start.

Kim found some lovely inspiration images for us to interpret how we liked and I've taken it fairly literally by trying to recreate the long row of flowers.

Just Add Ink #231 - Colour Combo challenge

It’s that time again…… Just Add Ink’s challenge day!!!!!!!

This week we've got a cool colour combo to get your mojo going.  The colours are Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry and Basic Black.

I wasn't sure how these colours would work together but once I started playing with them I really enjoyed using them.

For this card I used the most amount of stamps all on one card than I have in a long time!  8 different ones in total!
