Embellish - Nautical Theme

Over at Embellish Magazine they have a Nautical Theme challenge!! How Fun!!

I love red, white and blue so I chose to use these colours for this fun little card.

I had heaps of fun colouring in this cute little chick and I'm really happy with the way she turned out.

I never make enough time to use my copics but I really should as this was heaps fun.

Here is the inspiration photo from Embellish...............

The amazing Katrina from Media Mad did it all and I'm so happy with it. She was so quick at getting it done and it's like she read my mind!!!

Sweet Sunday 124!

When I saw the sketch over at Karen's blog I knew I had to participate - it looked good!!

I've used Papertray Ink's white card stock here for the first time. It's so thick and easy to work with :)

I picked up this cute little wedding couple from my local craft store last week - I loved it as soon as I saw it and knew I had to have it. I've gone with a 70's inspired suit for the guy for something different.

I've used:
Paper
-Papertray Ink white cards stock

Ink -
Basic Black and Copics
Stamp Set - Happy Couple from Stampendous and Dare to Be from Verve
Other: Pink Ribbon, Nestabilites, Embossing folders, Pearls and a Pink flower made by my BFF

Here is the sketch

I hope you are having a lovely week :)
