WooHoo I've found a few minutes here and there over the past few days to play along with a couple of challenge blogs!!!

It's been FOREVER since I even looked at a challenge blog (other than Just Add Ink!).

I couldn't go past the colour combo/inspiration photo at Just Us Girls this week - STUNNING!!!

And the layout at Fab Friday looked really good to so I combined the two challenges!
I'm loving this new flower stamp set..... super pretty and even better in pink.

Just Add Ink #250 - Inspiration photo

This week at Just Add Ink we have a very pretty inspiration image to get your crafting mojo going!

I love these images because there is lots of pink and I adore the polkadots too :)

Inspiration images are always so much fun as people see things so differently so everyone always creates amazing things!!! 

So I've taken some of the colours (pink and craft) as well as the polkadots as inspiration for my card.

I'm not one to decorate the inside of my cards but I wanted to use some hearts too but I didn't want to add any more to the front. SO for the first time I've added just a little detail to the inside of my card :)

Just Add Ink #249 - Sketch

Hi All!

I'm just popping in with a quick and easy card that you can whip up in a few minutes using the sketch challenge at Just Add Ink this week.

Now this is an awesome way to use up some little scraps of DSP!

I really like the simplicity of this card but I think it really packs a punch with all the different patterns on the DSP.

The sketch works well with circles or you could use stars, squares, triangles..... anything really!  :)

Just Add Ink #248 - Colour challenge

I completely forgot today was Friday!!!  How could I forget - It's Just Add Ink challenge day!!

We've got a lovely colour combo for you this week.
The colours are Rich Razzleberry, Sahara Sand, Pool Party and Night of Navy.

I was a little skeptical at first but after a little play with the colours I came up with a card that I really love :)

I'd already started my project when I realised that I didn't have any Night of Navy ink, so I substituted it with Midnight Muse.

I can't wait to see what you do with this colour combo so it would be wonderful if you could link up your project here!

Just Add Ink Blog Hop! Challenge #247

Hi everyone and welcome to 2015!!!

This year Just Add Ink is starting off  the year with a fun blog hop and I'm the first stop. You should have arrived here from the Just Add Ink blog.

For this challenge we'd like you to Just Add Love to your project while also using this tag sketch!

I've used the tag sketch on a wine bottle tag and added the word love and a few hearts for good measure!

Who doesn't love some good champers for valentines day - am I right?

I used Papertrey Ink letter dies to cut out the word love and some glitter paper which I've coloured red and then punched out a little heart to replace the 'o' with... cute hey!

The black DSP I've used also has little white hearts on it!  It's hard to see in the other photos so here's a close up.

There are so many awesome projects on our blog hop so I hope you get to see them all (I'd grab a cuppa and some chocolate and get comfy!).
