This week the lovely Bron has come up with a fab sketch to challenge us over at Just Add Ink!!

When I first saw the sketch I couldn't wait to get started, however once I did I realised my mojo has gone out the door :(
Lucky I'm going away up the coast for a long weekend (starting today) and I think that will rejuvenate me!

So here is my take on the sketch

 

I've used
Paper -Whisper White, Real Red and Big Top Birthday DSP
Ink - Daffodil delight
Stamp Set - Birthday sentiments by Amy R stamps
Other: Pinwheel die, Brad, bling and Nestabilites

Friend Blend

Today I've used 2 challenges to create my Friend Blend card!

The first challenge is the sketch and 'vintage' from the Friday Mashup and the second challenge is the colour combo from CR84FN.

It was nice to get into the craft room and play along with some challenges that wern't my design team comittments - I haven't done that in a little while!!!

 

I've used:
Paper -Very Vanilla, Pear Pizzazz and Pale Plum
Ink - Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz and Pale Plum
Stamp Set - Tea Time by Papertrey Ink
Other: Vintage lace, Grey thread, paper flower, pearls and Nestabilites

The Pav

Ohh a while back on Australia day I mentioned that I made a pav from scratch for the first time!

Well it turned out fantastic BUT I did forget to get a photo of the whole thing. I managed to quickly snap this one on my phone before I shoveled it ino my mouth  :)

Sorry it's not the best photo but I thought I'd share anyway.... bet it's got your mouth watering???
