Well this week at Just Add Ink the challenge is.....Just Add - Mae Collins, one of my fellow Design Team members.
There were so many cards that I liked when perusing her blog!!
I found this challenge a wee bit challenging as I really don't find it easy to CASE others - but I guess that's why it's called a challenge right? so we push ourselves!
So here is what I came up with.....
Here is Mae's original card that I based my card on (I think hers is much better!)
I've used
Paper - Naturals Ivory, Wisteria Wonder and WW DSP
Ink - Crumb Cake and Concord Crush
Stamp Set - Bliss
Other: Lace ribbon, Twine and Pearls
I hope you all have a happy Friday and don't forget to pop over to Mae's blog, find a project you like and then enter your CASE here.

Holiday Card Series 2024 – Day 24 – Shaker Cards & Fixing BIG Copic Mistakes
-
Happy Friday! Today is Day 24 of the Holiday Card Series, and it’s a fun
journey through fixing mistakes and using the first card made as a test
run. Haha!...
Trish you have picked one of my favourite things to do, that is, to stamp on DSP. I like how you have changed the card design to have an embelishment other than a bevelled window, which not everyone would have. I also love your little pearls on the bottom of the greeting. A great CASE! Have a lovely weekend ♥
ReplyDeleteThis is an absolutely gorgeous CASE of Mae's inspiring card, Trish. I'm with you - I find it terribly hard to CASE someone else (and I tend to be very literal with it). You have done a beautiful job, though; the colours you've used are divine together.
ReplyDeleteI love the distressed look and colours you've used Trish. The butterflies look beautiful on the dsp and I love the way you've used the bliss tag.
ReplyDeleteYou've captured a lovely tattered vintage feel with this one Trish. The butterflies are stunning stamped across the page like that!

Great CASE of Mae's card Trish. I love how you have used the crochet trim with the distressing of the DSP. The pearls look fantastic too.
ReplyDeleteTrish this is a beautiful CASE of Mae's card! I love the amount of distressing you've added and the colours you've used are so gorgeous.
