First of the season

I have a new local market just near me that opened up 2 weeks ago and I finally got to check it out on Sunday.

There are all sorts of stalls from green grocers to second hand books!!!

BUT the greatest find was these beautiful Peony's - my favourite flower :)
They are the first of a very short season so I need to make the most of the coming weeks.

    Oh, Trish, they are HEAVEN. I am so bad at finding peonies in season. Such a luxurious flower; I wish they bloomed all year round.
